We partner with enterprise organizations across industries, especially those where data security and ownership matter most, that want to move faster without giving up control of their technology. Everything we build runs on our clients' own private cloud or on-premises environment, and the code belongs to them, with no licensing fees and no vendor lock-in.
Every engagement is founder-led. Our founders are your direct point of contact for the entire engagement and lead architecture and core engineering from the first conversation through production. For larger scopes, we bring on additional engineers who work under the founders' direct leadership, so you always know who's responsible.
Edward leads Grit Holdings in delivering custom software and AI agent solutions for enterprises.
With more than 12 years of industry experience and an Expert-Vetted (Top 1%) designation on a leading global talent marketplace, Edward works directly with organizations to architect and build software tailored to their specific requirements. His focus is AI agent development, custom enterprise applications, and system modernization, all deployed on client infrastructure with full code ownership.
As the primary technical architect, Edward personally codes core solutions, designs scalable infrastructure, and implements AI orchestration frameworks that power autonomous agents for client workflows. He takes a hands-on approach across every engagement: solution architecture, code reviews, production debugging, and direct technical consulting on complex enterprise requirements.
Before founding Grit Holdings, Edward gained experience at Quora in Silicon Valley and served as CTO of a B2B SaaS startup he co-founded. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign.
Silvia drives operations and client delivery at Grit Holdings, ensuring successful outcomes across enterprise engagements.
She oversees technical implementations from kickoff to production, working directly with clients to understand requirements, architect deployment strategies, and deliver solutions that provide measurable ROI. Silvia stays hands-on in the codebase, building custom integration solutions and solving complex technical challenges alongside the engineering team.
Her focus is bridging technical execution with business results: making sure what Grit builds actually solves the problem, ships on schedule, and delivers lasting value. She architects deployment methodologies that enable clients to go live in weeks rather than months, and establishes client success frameworks that scale with engagement complexity.
Before Grit, Silvia and Edward co-founded a B2B SaaS platform, where she served as CEO and guided the product from concept to market scale. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from the University of California, Berkeley.
