Grit builds custom enterprise and financial software that companies own and run. We are looking for a Software Engineer to join our engineering team and help design, build, and ship the products our clients depend on, from internal platforms and workflow automation to payments, billing, and money-management systems. You will write production code, collaborate with product and design partners, and help deliver reliable software quickly. Some of what you build will use AI and data to make products smarter, and we look for engineers who are curious about applying those tools where they add real value.
This is a hands-on role for a mid-level engineer who writes strong, maintainable code, cares about outcomes, and enjoys shipping.

This is a fully remote role open to candidates based in the United States. We prefer candidates who can work core hours in the Eastern time zone to overlap with the team.
