As the primary technical architect, Edward personally codes core platform components, designs the infrastructure that enables scalability, and implements the AI orchestration layer that powers autonomous agents throughout the system. He built the platform's open-source foundation using modern technologies and cloud-native architectures, ensuring enterprise-grade performance while maintaining complete portability across private clouds. Before founding Grit Holdings, Edward gained invaluable experience at Quora in Silicon Valley and served as the CTO of a previous B2B SaaS startup he co-founded. Silvia architects deployment methodologies that enable enterprises to go live in weeks rather than years, builds customer success frameworks that deliver measurable ROI, and codes custom integration solutions when clients need specialized capabilities. She establishes partnerships with systems integrators to scale platform adoption globally while maintaining hands-on involvement in solving complex technical challenges.

Before Grit, Silvia and Edward co-founded a B2B SaaS platform, where she served as CEO and guided the product from concept to market scale. She now brings that experience to Grit, architecting deployment strategies, coding integration solutions, and ensuring successful enterprise implementations.
