Before founding Grit Holdings, Edward gained experience at Quora in Silicon Valley and served as CTO of a B2B SaaS startup he co-founded. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign.

Silvia drives operations and client delivery at Grit Holdings, ensuring successful outcomes across enterprise engagements.

She oversees technical implementations from kickoff to production, working directly with clients to understand requirements, architect deployment strategies, and deliver solutions that provide measurable ROI. Silvia stays hands-on in the codebase, building custom integration solutions and solving complex technical challenges alongside the engineering team.

Her focus is bridging technical execution with business results: making sure what Grit builds actually solves the problem, ships on schedule, and delivers lasting value. She architects deployment methodologies that enable clients to go live in weeks rather than months, and establishes client success frameworks that scale with engagement complexity.

Before Grit, Silvia and Edward co-founded a B2B SaaS platform, where she served as CEO and guided the product from concept to market scale. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from the University of California, Berkeley.
